本品是天然蜂蠟經(jīng)化學(xué)漂白后的產(chǎn)品。

分 子 量

蜂蠟70%～75%的成分是具有偶數(shù)碳鏈，長度為24～36個碳的直鏈一元醇與直鏈酸酯化所形成的各種酯的混合物。直鏈酸所含的偶數(shù)碳原子**多可達36個，其中一些為C14位的羥基。所形成的酯主要是棕櫚酸蜂花酯，同時存在的還有游離酸（約14%）和烴（約12%），以及約1%的游離蠟醇和脂肪酸的硬脂醇酯。

用 途

用于增加乳膏和軟膏的稠度，溫度油包水型乳劑等。也用于打光糖衣片和調(diào)節(jié)栓劑的熔點。

白蠟也用作緩釋片的薄膜包衣，白蜂蠟微球用在口服劑型中，可抑制活性成分被胃吸收，使絕大部分吸收發(fā)生在腸道。用本品包衣可控制藥物從離子交換樹脂球中釋放。

儲存條件

本品加熱至150℃以上時發(fā)生酯化，導(dǎo)致酸值降低熔點升高。當(dāng)置于密閉容器中避光保存時，性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。
