一、(1)設(shè)備概述
“NAZJX變壓器變比整檢裝置”(簡(jiǎn)稱“變檢”)是用來(lái)檢定0.1級(jí)及以下變壓器變比測(cè)試儀的變比精度和分辨率的一種裝置,同時(shí)可以檢定變比組別測(cè)試儀在組別測(cè)試時(shí)的變比精度和各種組別選擇的正確性,并包括Z形組別。
(2)原理結(jié)構(gòu)
儀器中A、B、C分別為三相輸入,接變比測(cè)試儀的一次側(cè),a、b、c為三相輸出,接變比測(cè)試儀的二次側(cè)。功能開(kāi)關(guān)是功能選擇開(kāi)關(guān),可選擇四種功能的測(cè)量。選擇開(kāi)關(guān)在組別選擇時(shí)使用,該開(kāi)關(guān)具有三相PT的不同組別的選擇功能,同時(shí)還可選擇Z形組別。X、Y、Z、x、y、z、a,、b,、c,、x,、y,、z,是在檢定本裝置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變比PT和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三相PT的準(zhǔn)確度時(shí)使用,除此之外,沒(méi)有其他用途,但相互不能短接。
二、使用方法
使用時(shí)A、B、C、a、b、c與變比組別測(cè)試儀的相應(yīng)端子連接,A、B、C為一次輸入電壓端鈕,a、b、c為二次輸出電壓端鈕。功能選擇開(kāi)關(guān)具有4種功能選擇,當(dāng)它置于某一功能檔時(shí),“變檢”就只能對(duì)變比組別測(cè)試儀的這一功能進(jìn)行測(cè)試。
K1、K2為組別選擇開(kāi)關(guān),K2、K3為Z形組別選擇開(kāi)關(guān),根據(jù)面板上給出的“組別開(kāi)關(guān)選擇表”有關(guān)K1、K2、K3中的數(shù)值來(lái)確定此時(shí)所選擇的組別狀態(tài)。
分辨率選擇開(kāi)關(guān)有兩種,即小數(shù)點(diǎn)后兩位數(shù)和三位數(shù)的選擇。當(dāng)作分辨率測(cè)試時(shí),所顯示的小數(shù)部分應(yīng)是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值與倍率的乘積,兩部分小數(shù)可以相互迭加,而整數(shù)部分始終顯示25。

1. 變比測(cè)試功能
可預(yù)置的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變比值是:220/110、220/35、220/10、220/6、110/35、110/10、110/6、35/10、35/6、35/0.4、10/10、10/6、10/0.4、6/0.4、27.5/0.4、27.5/6、24/6、110、550、1100(共20個(gè))即:UAB/Uab的值有上述20種選擇,此時(shí),UAB的額定電壓為400V,該裝置可在額定電壓的20%~120%內(nèi)工作,二次電壓Uab可以承擔(dān)大于等于100KΩ的負(fù)荷,即要求被試變比測(cè)試儀的二次輸入阻抗≥100KΩ,此時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變比值的誤差小于0.02%。
2. 分辨率測(cè)試功能
當(dāng)功能選擇開(kāi)關(guān)置于“分辨率”時(shí),可測(cè)試變比測(cè)試儀所顯示值的分辨率,“變檢”可預(yù)置25.001、25.002、……25.099共99個(gè)值,供測(cè)試各種變比測(cè)試儀的分辨率時(shí)使用,在分辨率測(cè)試時(shí),對(duì)誤差不作要求,但檢定變比測(cè)試儀分辨率時(shí),變比測(cè)試儀的顯示值應(yīng)該隨分辨率的增減有明顯的變化。
3. 組別測(cè)試功能
“變檢”將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三相PT按一次星形、二次星形或三角形和一次三角形、二次星形或三角形接法組成12種組別,可對(duì)變比組別測(cè)試儀的全部組別進(jìn)行測(cè)試,同時(shí)在組別測(cè)試時(shí)的變比值可有25(10/0.4)、87.5(35/0.4)、1050三種選擇,其組別測(cè)試時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三相PT的各單相誤差全部小于0.1%。
4. Z形組別測(cè)試功能
Z形組別共有10組(△/Z或Y/Z),其它性能指標(biāo)與上述的“組別測(cè)試功能”完全相同。
5.直通測(cè)試功能
該功能是將變比測(cè)試儀的一次電壓UAB直接連接于二次端(a、b端)即UAB=Uab,可對(duì)變比測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行1/1的自校,注意不能在不允許直通的變比測(cè)試儀的檢定中使用。

1. Variable ratio test function
The presettable ratio values are:
